Training Manuals
You have two options for printing our manuals. If you own a printer that can print on both sides of the paper at one time, scroll down this page to option 2.
Option 1
For printers that can only print on one side at a time.
This option allows you to print on one side of the paper and then insert your half printed manual back into your printer to print on the opposite side of the paper. Follow these 7 steps to print the manual on both sides:

Choose a manual to print. There are three files for each training manual. One called ALL the other two called ODD and EVEN. For this option we will only use the ODD and EVEN files. When these are combined, they will create a double sided manual.
NOTE: Colour printing is best since there are hundreds of graphics in the manuals
Example: Choose the manual 'SiteApex Tutorials'

Open the associated file that says EVEN in the name.
NOTE: These EVEN pages are already in reverse order from last page to first page.
Example: Download and open the PDF file called 'SiteApex Tutorials - These are the EVEN pages of the SiteApex Tutorials.'

Print this file.
NOTE: If you are printing several copies of the same manual at one time turn the 'Collate' option ON in your printer's settings.

Remove the printed pages from step 3 above and reinsert them back into the feed tray of your printer so the next print job will print on the opposite side.
NOTE: Place printed pages in printer so the top of the page is going to feed in first to ensure the correct orientation of the pages on both sides of the paper.

Now open the associated file that says ODD in the name.
NOTE: These ODD pages are in order first page to last page.
Example: Download and open the PDF file called 'SiteApex Tutorials - These are the ODD pages of the SiteApex Tutorials.'

Print this file.
NOTE: If you are printing several copies of the same manual at one time make sure the 'Collate' option is still turned ON in your printer's settings.

You now have a complete manual printed on both sides and ready to be bound or stapled.
NOTE: Most manuals are too thick for standard staplers so you must use a heavy duty stapler.
Option 2
For printers that can print on both sides of the paper at one time.
If your printer is advanced and offers double sided printing, use the file with the word ALL in the name. This is a larger PDF file because it contains the complete manual. Print this file.
